Files never leave your machine. If you don’t have a sliced G-code yet, Pro slices it for you on the server (via PrusaSlicer) and runs full GRI-I. What you pay for: server-side slicing, repair, FEA, history, and API.
Yes. Cancel from your account page. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period — you keep paid-tier access until the renewal date, then drop to Free automatically. No clawback, no early-termination fees.
PayPal retries automatically for up to 3 attempts across ~10 days. During that grace window your account stays on the paid tier; we'll email you to update payment. If all retries fail, you drop to Free and your audit history stays in read-only mode until you re-subscribe.
Read-only access to past reports stays. New audits won't save to history on Free tier. Re-subscribe and history resumes appending.
Audit is the funnel; we monetise the work that actually requires our servers (repair, FEA, history, API). Local audit costs us nothing per run because it happens in your browser. We'd rather have a thriving free tier than per-call charges that nickel-and-dime makers.
One successful FEA stress-check solve = 1 quota unit. If the engine refuses to FEA your mesh (gate fails or solver bails on bad geometry), quota is NOT consumed — you can retry the same file or upgrade quality and retry without burning quota.
Every authenticated API call counts: audit, repair, decimate, smooth, FEA. Local Audit (client-side) doesn’t count. Reach quota and the API returns 429 until next month’s reset (UTC).
Free tier never uploads. Paid tiers: project files (mesh, G-code) live for 24h after last activity then auto-delete. Audit reports stay for 90 days (Pro) / 1 year (Business) / by contract (Enterprise). You can delete projects manually any time from the account page.
PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, balance, bank transfer where supported). Vietnamese bank cards work via PayPal's card processor. Enterprise: invoice + wire transfer.
Yes. Pro → Business: cancel Pro from /account, then subscribe to Business. Business → Pro: same flow in reverse. We don't pro-rate within a billing period; access continues at the higher tier through the renewal date.
