All inquiries, requests, and complaints about personal data may be sent to the address and channels above.

2. Purposes of collection

• Providing the audit service for mesh, G-code, and resin slice (CTB / cbddlp / pwmx / pwmo / goo) files.
• Account management — sign-in, API key issuance.
• Billing, credit-purchase recording, payment reconciliation with PayPal.
• Essential service notifications (sign-up confirmation, security alerts, terms updates).
• Service-quality improvement using only aggregated, anonymised metrics.
• Compliance with legal obligations and dispute resolution where required.

3. Scope of use

Personal data is used only for the purposes in §2 and is not shared outside the cases below:

• When required by law (valid order from a competent authority).
• When payment processing requires it (PayPal as payment gateway partner).
• When the user has given explicit consent.

We do NOT: sell user data; train AI models on user mesh / G-code / CTB; share uploaded files with other users.

4. Data we collect

• Account data: email, name (if provided), hashed password, API key.
• Usage data: API call timestamps, credits consumed, file size.
• Uploaded files: meshes, G-code, and resin slice files (.ctb / .cbddlp / .pwmx / .pwmo / .goo) submitted to the API for audit (retention in §5).
• Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal. We do not store card numbers.
• Session cookies: only for keeping you signed in, no third-party tracking cookies.

5. Retention

• Project files (mesh, G-code, resin slice files, and matching reports): up to 24 hours from the last activity on the project, then auto-deleted.
• Account data: kept while the account is active and 90 days after closure (for accounting reconciliation), then permanently deleted.
• Transaction history: at least 5 years per Vietnamese accounting regulations.
• Local Audit in browser (Web-Native technology): files never leave your machine.

6. Who can access

Within the strict minimum necessary, the following parties may access your data:

• AdMeshio operations team (under signed NDA).
• PayPal (payment processor) — handles payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Vultr (infrastructure provider) — accesses infrastructure only, never file contents.
• Competent authorities under valid written request.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights over your personal data:

• Access: view account data and transaction history at your account page.
• Edit: update email, display name, change password directly.
• Delete: request account closure and full data deletion via contact page or email [email protected] — processed within 30 days.
• Object / restrict: send requests through the same channels.
• Complain: if your personal data was used outside the stated scope, send a complaint to [email protected] — we acknowledge within 7 working days and resolve within 30 days.

8. Payment-data security

All transactions are handled by PayPal under PCI-DSS. AdMeshio does not store or process card numbers. The site uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) for all transactions.

9. Cookies

Only essential cookies (login session + language preference). No third-party tracking cookies. No analytics tools tracking individual users.

10. Complaint handling

1. Submit complaint via [email protected] or the contact page.
2. We acknowledge receipt within 3 working days.
3. Response and resolution plan within 7 working days.
4. Full resolution within 30 days of receipt.

If you disagree with our handling, you may escalate to the Vietnamese Department of E-Commerce and Digital Economy — Ministry of Industry and Trade.

11. Policy changes

Material changes will be announced by email and/or homepage notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The most recent update date is shown at the top of this page.
