Refund & Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: April 2026 · Compliant with Articles 32–34 of Vietnam Decree 52/2013/NĐ-CP and Decree 85/2021/NĐ-CP.

Service delivery method

AdMeshio is a digital service:

• Credit purchases are credited to the account instantly upon successful PayPal confirmation.
• Audits return results in the same session (synchronous), typically 5–60 s processing time.
• HTML/JSON reports are downloadable from the project page within 24 hours of last activity.
• No physical shipping. No shipping fees apply.

If a system failure causes a delay, we notify by email and allow cancellation / refund per the section below.

Credit Packs

• Refundable within 14 days of purchase if zero credits have been used from the pack.
• Once any credits from a pack are consumed, the pack is non-refundable.
• Credit packs never expire — unused credits carry forward indefinitely, so there is usually no reason to refund.

Free Tier

The free tier (100 credits on signup) is complimentary and non-refundable.

Service Issues

If the service experiences significant downtime or a bug causes incorrect billing (credits consumed but no result delivered), we will credit your account with the affected amount. Contact us within 30 days of the incident.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us via the contact page with your account email and order/invoice number.
2. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are at our discretion in cases of: abuse, fraud, bulk credit purchase + immediate refund attempts, or violation of our Terms of Service.
