Refund & Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: April 2026 · Compliant with Articles 32–34 of Vietnam Decree 52/2013/NĐ-CP and Decree 85/2021/NĐ-CP.

Service delivery method

AdMeshio is a digital service:

• Subscription access is activated on the account instantly upon successful PayPal confirmation.
• Audits return results in the same session (synchronous), typically 5–60 s processing time.
• HTML/JSON reports are downloadable from the project page within 24 hours of last activity.
• No physical shipping. No shipping fees apply.

If a system failure causes a delay, we notify by email and allow cancellation / refund per the section below.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Refundable within 7 days of the first charge on a new plan if you have not run any Server Audit on that billing period. After that, the period is non-refundable.
• Plan upgrades are pro-rated to the renewal date; plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Free Plan

The free plan (in-browser Quick Check) carries no charge and so is non-refundable.

Service Issues

If the service experiences significant downtime or a bug prevents you from running audits you have paid for, contact us within 30 days of the incident and we will extend your billing period or refund the affected portion at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us via the contact page with your account email and the PayPal transaction ID.
2. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are at our discretion in cases of: abuse, fraud, repeated subscribe-then-refund attempts, or violation of our Terms of Service.
