AdMeshio provides automated pre-print risk auditing for 3D mesh files and slicer output — G-code (FDM) or resin slice files (CTB / cbddlp / pwmx / pwmo / goo). The service runs a list of individual checks across geometry, printer readiness, and execution, and produces an advisory report listing each finding as pass, warn, or fail. AdMeshio reports against the configured checks; deciding to print remains yours. The most we tell you is that no flagged risk was found.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer the service, (b) use the service or its output to build a competing product, (c) upload malicious files designed to exploit the service, (d) exceed published rate limits or circumvent usage controls, (e) use the service to audit files you do not have a legal right to process (see Section 6).
Your mesh files, G-code, resin slice files, and the audit reports we generate for them remain yours. AdMeshio does not claim ownership of uploaded content. Uploaded files and their reports auto-delete 24 hours after the last activity on the containing project, or immediately when you delete the project from the account page — whichever comes first. Browser Quick Check never uploads the file in the first place. More granular retention tiers may be offered with future paid plans.
By uploading any mesh, G-code, resin slice file, or related file to the service, you warrant and represent that:
You acknowledge that AdMeshio records, per upload, a timestamped consent record (consent version, IP address, and your account identifier) as legal evidence of your warranty above. This record may be disclosed to courts or rights holders in response to valid legal process (including DMCA subpoenas).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdMeshio and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of this warranty, or (b) any third-party claim that your uploaded file infringes their rights.
AdMeshio respects intellectual property rights. If you believe a file uploaded to our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the file from accessible storage, notify the uploader, and preserve the consent record for the legally required window. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
The service is provided "as is", with the following caveats:
AdMeshio does not guarantee that audited meshes will print successfully. Physical print outcomes depend on printer calibration, filament condition, environment, and other factors outside our control. No liability for failed prints based on our audit results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdMeshio's total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free-tier users, liability is capped at USD $0.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, unused credits on credit packs are non-refundable as a default, except under the narrow good-faith cases in the Refund Policy (broken billing, affected balance from a service defect). When the account is closed, stored files + reports are deleted within 24 hours.
We may update these terms. For material changes (price model, retention, ownership, liability), we will post the new terms at least 30 days before they take effect and notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
a) Service scope. AdMeshio is a SaaS-style software service accessed via web browser and HTTP API; available globally subject to the user's own export-control and local regulations.
b) Inspection & refund policy. The service is digital (credits + on-demand audit), so there is no physical inspection step. Full refund terms (including the 14-day window for unused credit packs) are at Refund Policy.
c) Warranty. Digital services do not carry physical-goods warranty. Service-quality commitments are in §8 and §9 above (best-effort uptime; SLA only with paid Enterprise contracts).
d) Service standards & fees. Audits run synchronously via REST API or browser; results returned typically <60 s for normal mesh files. Pricing tiers are listed at Pricing; transactions show on the Account page.
đ) Obligations of AdMeshio. Provide the service as described; protect account data and uploaded files per Privacy Policy; honour valid refund requests within stated timelines; respond to complaints within 7 working days.
Obligations of the customer. Provide accurate account information; ensure legal rights over uploaded files (see §6); do not abuse the service; pay in full for purchased credits.
Delivery method. All transactions are digital:
No physical shipping — AdMeshio does not provide printed parts, printers, or filament. No shipping fees apply. If a delay occurs in credit issuance or audit completion due to system errors, we will notify you and allow cancellation / refund per §12 b.

Prices are listed in USD; the payment gateway converts to VND at the bank rate at the moment of transaction. Before final payment, users see a transaction summary (credit pack, unit price, total) for review and confirmation. Payment-data security details are in Privacy Policy §8.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
